Are you looking for a flexible, friendly job that fits around your family life? We’re on the lookout for a Customer Service Advisor – or as we like to say, a real Girl/Boy Friday – to become a key part of our small, busy garage team.
If you’ve got a confident personality, great computer skills, and a genuine passion for helping people – this could be the perfect role for you.
MOT trade experience preferable but not essential.
🧰 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Customer Service: Welcoming customers in person, on the phone, and via email – always with a friendly, helpful attitude
- Admin & Organisation: Booking appointments, updating customer records, issuing reminders and invoices
- Tech Tasks: Updating our website and social media channels (Facebook/Instagram) to keep things fresh and engaging
- Garage Management System: Using our digital system to manage bookings, customer data and job flow (full training provided!)
- Business Support: Helping implement new ideas and systems to keep the business running smoothly and efficiently
- Cover Support: Being available to help cover during staff holidays when possible
💡 What We’re Looking For:
- ✅ Confident using computers and happy learning new systems
- ✅ Excellent communication skills – friendly, approachable, and professional
- ✅ Previous customer service or admin experience preferred
- ✅ Social media savvy – you know your way around a Facebook post or Instagram story
- ✅ Organised and proactive – someone who spots what needs doing and gets stuck in
- ✅ A bubbly personality and a good sense of humour are essential!
- ✅ Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to help the garage grow
